I intended to write this note several months ago when your staff completed my well in Rumney. However several health issues (since put "under control") diverted my attention from sending such a note.
I wanted you to know that from the first time I contacted your company regarding well drilling to the several "post installation" visits (water samples, etc.) Steve Vosine has been exemplary in his representation of your company. He is very knowledgeable and responsive and also highly customer "centric". Whenever I needed information either technical or otherwise, Steve was quick to respond in a very professional fashion. As a retired executive of a publicly held company (in the tech area), I know that employees such as Steve are a valuable asset and provide a real "value added" element to a company.
In addition to Steve, the several crews that executed the drilling and system installation were very professional and competent-in short very "user friendly". I compliment you in selecting such good people, realizing that personnel selection and retention is one of the major responsibilities of CEO's.

"I can't say enough good things about your employees. From Steve Voisine who took the time to walk me through the process and costs involved. To the drilling crew kudos. Jeff & Keith Normand, those men worked their butts off, in inclement weather conditions to bring the well in before they left for the weekend. It was cold, wet, and we'd had over three inches of snow on the ground in the morning. Even so these guys were professional, courteous and answered all my questions while they worked. I'm especially grateful to them for working past their normal workday to bring the well in. It relieved a lot of stress on me to know that our new well produced 60 G.P.M. And we didn't have to wait till the following Monday to see results.
Justin Carter also did a great job. We were his second scheduled job for the day which put him at a disadvantage to get everything completed especially since the job scope changed somewhat when he discovered that our well would require the addition of a "Well Blaster". He was very diligent and when he left for the day we had running water! Hurray!!!
Please thank Rick for us also he made it all come together when he told us it would. You should be very proud of the team you have working for you. Please pass along our sincere thanks."

"This past Saturday night at 9:00PM, I turned the water on and nothing came out. I had hopes it was a small thing, but when I saw the red "Call Technician" light on, I knew I was in trouble. I went on line to Capital Well (you installed our original system 22 years ago) and saw your "contact us" promise that if I filled out a request form, someone would call me the next day between 7-8 AM. I did not expect the phone to ring on a Sunday morning but to my surprise Steve called at 7:01! He was at the house an hour later, spent time with me reviewing all the options while he performed required tests and finally had to give me the bad news that the motor was no longer in working order. He performed all the work on his own and as quickly and professionally as possible. By noon we had water (dirty water but water!), it cleared up a few hours later and all is back to normal. In addition to the regular maintenance he described how his checkup found that our 20 year old well pump was about to fail. Jacob then offered options to replace the pump, carefully described the pros and cons of each, and made his recommendation. He also relieved our concern about the well work damaging our landscaping. After we agreed to an action plan Jacob connected with the home office to schedule the replacement.
